• Exchange Policy:

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

• You received a wrong or damaged product.

• You must provide a complete unboxing video (from start to end, without any pause or cuts) as proof at the time of raising an exchange request.

• Customer must initiate an exchange within 24-48hours of receiving their order.

• The item must be: Unworn, unwashed, unused and in original packaging with tags attached.

• After approval, the customer usually has 3-5 days to ship the item back.

• Exchanges are processed within 5-7 business days after the return is received and inspected. Once processed, the replacement item is typically delivered within 10-12 business days, depending on your location.

• Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Customers are only eligible for exchange as per the conditions mentioned above.
